Job Description:

Responsible for developing key accounts within multiple countries and work together with the global teams to maintain and develop the business from these accounts with focus on North Asia.




  • To handle over daily operation for ocean export shipments, have professional knowledge as well as good sense of satifised with customers.
  • Be responsible for the day to day work within customers and ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties
  • Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met
  • Supportative to the team lead and have good abaility for daily operation
  • Have a detailed knowledge of customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP
  • Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with relevant party




  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Mini 3 years or above
  • In-depth knowledge of ocean export process
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, strong personal motivation and discipline
  • Good service attitude
