YOUR ROLE

 

We have a number of exciting opportunities for Warehouse Operatives/MHE Drivers to join our brand new operation at our Daventry site. Within this role, you will contribute to the smooth, safe and efficient operational activities within the Warehouse in order to meet and exceed both customer and company expectations.

 

This is a permanent role with the shift pattern of Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm.

 

The basic rate is £10.87 per hour. There will be an additional allowance for candidates with Reach, Counterbalance or VNA licences of £12.61 per week, and candidates with supervisory experience and offered a Team leader position will receive an additional £37.76 per week.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Locate goods in the warehouse
  • Collect, pick, pack and deliver goods to specified locations as instructed
  • Ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time
  • Prepare products for despatch and receive returned products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complete all associated paperwork
  • Work within set timescales to support the operation and achieve contractual KPIs
  • Ensure all activities are conducted within Company Procedural and Legislative guidelines

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication skills.  Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a similar environment along with WMS awareness.
