Due to continued business growth we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Inside Sales team based at our Head Office in Ashby. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a mark on our sales team and drive continued growth. You will focus on providing tailor made solutions for those customers looking to transport freight via air or ocean, breaking down doors to ensure business wins and leads generated for our field sales teams.





As an Inside Sales Executive your primary focus is customer sales and account management, growing Gross and Net revenue of customer portfolios of up to 200 customers. Whilst focusing on your accounts you will proactively support the field sales team by outbound customer contact, profiling prospects and qualifying leads for field sales visits and development.


You will be an expert in your area conducting customer research, market and database analysis in target areas. This will allow you to successfully develop customer profiles, generate customer awareness and interest, develop proposal presentations and assist with transitioning new business to operations.


You will build effective relationships with customers to fully understand their requirements and needs and working in close collaboration with the Freight Management operations team to embed and implement client solutions.




We need determined, self-sufficient and courageous, driven individuals with expert networking ability, exceptional communication and relationship building skills.


As well as the above, you will have a proven track record of delivering growth over a sustained period of time with the ability to develop pipelines. With a consultative selling style, you will have prior experience of developing propositions and be able to influence and negotiate. With a lucrative commission and bonus scheme in place, it goes without saying that you will be well rewarded for your efforts. You will also have the opportunity to support client visits with our field sales teams to enable you to progress within our sales function.
