VIE – Field Sales Business Development Specialist - China

 

* According to the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only 18 to 28-year-old candidates and European citizens can apply to this mission dedicated to VIE (Volunteers for International Experience).

 

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solution per the account requirements in Hong Kong & South China
  • To achieve the individual new win business target in term of volume, sales and net revenue
  • Identify, develop and build business network and relationship with all customer’s  contact levels to retain and penetrate into the account

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Building strong, value-driven, long-term Client relationship and deliver excellence in a committed and consistent manner
  • Achieving commercial targets with sustainable/profitable business growth; Proactively developing new businesses and critically evaluating new business initiatives and market propositions; recommending and executing company’s short- & long-term business strategies
  • Responding timely to market and industrial development and taking appropriate actions to achieve volume and revenue targets as per budget, marketing plan and market share proposition, providing regular updates to Manager and/or Senior Management. 
  • Working closely and proactively with other internal counterparts to ensure best service delivery and zero defect; Collaborating with the CMA-CGM sales team to maintain all existing accounts
  • Making use of C-View to register/update client and outcome of every Client contact or visit
  • Working side-by-side with Sales Support Team to keep track C-View clients’ performance vs. commercial targets and take appropriate and timely remedial measures. Providing updates and report of individual client to Manager on a constant basis
  • Focusing on increasing effectiveness of Client Management by drawing upon best practices, as well as ongoing training and educational initiatives
  • Providing coaching to subordinate sales associates when needed. Work as a team player on all occasions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years work experience in the logistics field 
  • Mature and outspoken personality and good communicator to all level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Out-going, enjoy face-to-face connection
