We are currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Expert to join our Global Business Development team. The role can be based in any major city in UK or Europe.

 

Strongly prefer Native English speaker with solid Marketing experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.

 

YOUR ROLE

 

  • Shape, lead and deliver Freight or Contract Logistics Product Marketing supporting the growth budget for Business Development for all segments and inspire and develop a world-class business development team, energizing them to new heights of growth delivery.
  • Analyze the market, generate relevant and edgy customer insights, contribute to product and solution innovation, build and implement effective go to market strategies, analyze the results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement and manage sales strategy and campaigns (aligned with Product Owners and Communication Managers)

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Develop key Freight / Contract Logistics product marketing in collaboration with product owners, sectors owners and other key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Analyze the market, the competition, our customers and the strengths and weakness of CEVA Products.
  • Generate insights that are conducive to business decisions (Product innovation / Sales Strategies / Product messaging and customer communication) that can help CEVA grow faster than our markets and gain market shares in the coming quarters and years.
  • Define a marketing strategy and execute the associated go-to-market across functions, sectors and geographies.
  • Contribute to product innovation, building an innovation roadmap, rolling out innovative solutions that add value to CEVA customers and help CEVA grow on high potential high profit market niches and segments.
  • Define, in collaboration with product, the Unique Selling Proposition of our products, the key features to highlights, the value creation levers for CEVA customers and our competitive positioning.
  • Translate this positioning into compelling customer facing material (Powerpoint decks / Sales Pitches / Video / Social media and any other support likely to facilitate our salespeople selling process.
  • Translate this positioning into effective training to ensure consistency and performance in the way the product is sold on the market.
  • Analyze the product performance on its markets and use the findings to drive organizational focus around the most promising areas of growth opportunities in the market.
  • Co-design and implement sales campaigns to open doors, generate leads, qualify these leads and accelerate the pipeline conversion into new wins for the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between the BD teams, the product teams and the communication department to ensure that the organization has the right level of mobilization around the product growth strategy.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • MBA or Equivalent.
  • English fluency is an absolute requirement.
  • Specialization in B2B Marketing or Logistics & transportation is a plus.
  • English native speaker is preferred.
  • Air / Ocean / CL experience (5+ years)
  • Extensive experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with a top 5 Third party logistics provider.
  • Experience in Marketing or Supply Chain consulting
  • Familiar with Global Transportation and supply chain concepts.
  • Significant experience in product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the ability to use complex information to develop simple plans that are then executed perfectly
  • Ability to use data to analyze trends and forecasts and translate this into action plans
  • Proven ability to extricate, develop and implement best practice solutions across a large organization
  • Excellent PC skills with high level of PowerPoint and Excel Proficiency.
  • Ability to develop a lead generation process
  • Ability to extract information from various sources, including customers to assess the regional political and economic landscape, assessing threats and opportunities for CEVA.
  • Large, established network of contacts across supply chain and industry
  • Proven ability to devise solutions and new approaches through own research and in situations where standard solutions do not exist
  • Good knowledge of one or more sectors within the following list:

-Consumer & Retail

-Technology

-Healthcare

-Automotive

-Industrial

  • Superior communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced presentation skills (concise & convincing)
  • Multicultural approach, ability to lead seamlessly across different geographies and cultures
  • Personable and collegial approach to working with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to distil complex information and communicate with impact to a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Ability to influence, persuade and align multiple parties to a position of mutual benefit and consensus.
  • Second & Third language advantageous
